A 20% service charge will be added to all base rates.
All rides can be billed to your Boston Car Service account, American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover or Diners Club.
Tolls and Airport fees will be added to your bill.
A 5% fuel charge will be added to all base rates.
Local stops enroute are billed at $6.00 per stop.
Additional stops that are not enroute or in other towns are billed at $25.00 per stop.
A $5.00 administration fee is added to every job.
Boston Car Service offers a twenty (20) minute wait period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and forty (40) minute wait period for international flights at no charge. Non-airport pick ups will have a
ten (10) minute wait period. Once the wait period is over, there is a charge of $6.00 per five (5) minute increment.
Boston Car Service drivers to not accept gratuities.
There is a $10.00 surcharge for service schedules between midnight and 4AM.
Waiting period is based on $65.00 per hour on hourly jobs. (road shows)
There is a $25 surcharge for a SUV.
There is a $2.00 per minute charge for use of the vehicles mobile telephone.
There is a $25 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve (after 5PM), New Year's Eve
(after 5PM) and New Year's Day.
A no show fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees.
A cancellation fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees for any cancellation made less then two (2) hours before the scheduled pick-up time for sedan or SUV service in Massachusetts. Any cancellation made less then three (3) hours before the scheduled pick-up time for sedan or SUV service outside of Massachusetts will also be charged the proposed trip cost plus all fees. A cancellation fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees for an cancellation made less then seventy two (72) hours before the scheduled pick-up time for limousine or passenger van service.
