You can make a reservation by calling (888) 548-3790 or booking a trip online under our reservation section of this web site.

WHEN CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Anytime.  We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, everyday of the year.  If you are using our online system it must be 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

HOW DO YOU KNOW MY FLIGHT IS IN?
We use 2 separate flight tracking systems to know you have landed.  If the flight is delayed, early or canceled we know about it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH BOSTON CAR SERVICE?
You can go to the Custom Service section of our web site and click on Charge Account Application.  You could also make a request over the telephone by calling (888) 548-3790.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR SERVICE?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, Cash or your own Boston Car Service charge.

DO YOU SERVICE OUTSIDE OF THE BOSTON AREA?

DO YOU HANDLE LARGE GROUPS?
We are able to handle groups of any size.  We specialize in meetings and events for large groups and conferences.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CAR IS NOT THERE?
Call us immediately at (888) 548-3790.  We will make sure you and the driver connect but we must be called if you do not see the driver right away.

DO YOU HAVE ON SITE COORDINATORS?
We can provide you with on site coordinators and meet and greeters.
